For this years L’oe Show we designed a special version of our popular GS2 shift knob series. Commemorating the prototype nature of the Golf A59 (That travelled to the US for the first time) and coinciding with the announcement of the Golf R 20 years edition (the first production vehicle from Volkswagen with real carbon fiber trim) we decided make something special for the occasion. And now we are happy make available to the public, the continuation of this limited run of shift knobs.
Our Carbon Fiber Edition GS2 is the perfect mix of performance and form. Both beautiful to look at, while keeping a great feel in-hand like our other GS2 Shift knobs. Each knob is hand wrapped with a 2×2 twill weave, and because of that, each of these limited and special Carbon Fiber Edition knobs is unique.
These knobs are available in a bright aluminum finish, or a black anodized finish, and either a black chrome (anodized) or a stainless steel painted (bright aluminum) logo coin.
Making use of the same aluminum structure of our existing knobs, these Carbon Fiber Edition knobs will add heft to your shifter, and smooth shifting engagement for your DSG or Auto VW/Audi. Make tip-tronic shifting fun again.
